Réquiem SP is a choreographic work in two continuous acts, separated by an interlude. A choreography set to György Sándor Ligeti’s Requiem. The “SP” refers to São Paulo, a city of strength, a global city, where power, vitality, and violence constantly coexist.

Performed by 16 dancers of rare virtuosity, the piece explores the irreversibility of life and invents rituals of mourning and renewal. From krump to samba, from classical to jumpstyle, the diversity of choreographic vocabularies generates an intensity that continually renews itself. Light, sound, and objects extend the movement, composing a scenic ecosystem where bodies connect and transform.
